About StillPointe & Our Training/Retreats

StillPointe offers restorative, evidence-informed retreats and training for high-performing professionals, leaders, and change-makers. We blend professional development with personal renewal—because burnout isn’t a badge of honor, and healing is possible.

General Information

Most trainings include:

— All workshop sessions and materials
— Expert-led facilitation
— Lunch, snacks, and beverages each day
— Time and space for rest, reflection, and reconnection
— Overnight retreats will include accommodations and additional meals.
— Based on location and availability, yoga, gentle stretching, guided hikes, biking, and additional excursions may be included to enrich retreats.

Our ability to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions or preferences is dependent on the specific venue for each training retreat. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Yes, all of our healthcare trainings/retreats are eligible for CME credits. In partnership with Learner+, clinicians can engage in reflective learning opportunities that reward CME/CE credits for reflective practice. Learn more here.

Payments & Cancellations

Our registration, payments, and cancellations policies vary by training/retreat based on the policies of the venue. In general, we require a $150 non-refundable deposit at time of registration. Additional payments, cancellations and related deadlines will be listed in the detailed information pages pertaining to each training or retreat.

We require a $150 non-refundable deposit at time of registration. Once we review your reservation we will send you a confirmation email and information regarding payment options and deadlines.

Payment options may be available based on when you register. Details will be included in your confirmation email.

Once we receive your registration we will send you a confirmation email that includes an invoice and payment instructions which can be forwarded to your employer. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space.

Cancellation and refund dates vary by training/retreat and are based on the venue’s policies. Please refer to the detailed information page for specific information pertaining to each training or retreat. The following policies generally apply:

— Cancellations made prior to the cut-off date (usually 60-90 days prior to retreat start date) are refundable but subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
— Cancellations made after the cut-off date (usually 60-90 days prior to retreat start date) are not refundable.
— A minimum of 5 participants are necessary or the training/retreat will be cancelled. This decision will be made at least 30 days before the retreat start date.
— If StillPointe, LLC cancels the training/retreat due to any reason, we will refund your entire balance (including the $150 deposit) OR you may transfer your entire balance towards another StillPointe training/retreat.

Please see our cancellation policy above. Generally, we are unable to refund payments less than 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat, but depending on the situation we may be able find a replacement for you and transfer your balance towards another StillPointe training/retreat.
